People Engagement Specialist

Qualifications

• Graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Media, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Preferably proficient in Canva and Adobe programs,
• Good command of verbal and written in English,
• Having strong presentation and public speaking skills; strong relationship management, planning and organization skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Using internal and external communication channels to improve the employer brand strategy process,
• Taking an active role in projects that will contribute to the employee experience and increase employee loyalty,
• Ensure the design, content organization and control of the platforms used in communication,
• Planning, displaying, analyzing and reporting employee loyalty surveys,
• Coordinating employee experience projects, following up on actions and conducting communication activities,
• Supporting the preparation of the department budget and keeping the expenses up to date.
