Salary: up to 1150zł/MD b2b

Work model: Warsaw, 3d/week office

Requirements:

- Ability to manage complex projects/programs while ensuring the highest quality

- Ability to delegate tasks and manage project teams

- Knowledge of the full project management lifecycle from initiation to stabilization and closure

- Ability to manage risks

- Ability to create and manage project plans

- Ability to create and present management materials

- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to build relationships with various personalities)

- Multitasking capabilities

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking of projects

- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence

- English language proficiency at B2+ level

Responsibilities:

- Managing and ensuring the quality of ongoing projects

- Overseeing project teams (resource planning, task delegation, work completion tracking)

- Managing all stages of the project: from feasibility study to closure

- Managing scope, risks, issues, change, schedule, and communication within the projects

- Preparing materials for the Board Members and presenting project results

- Collaborating with external vendors

- Supervising the completion of information related to the progress of strategic projects

- Updating and analyzing project data (status reports, results, risks, milestones, dependencies, financial data), generating management reports
