PROJECT

Join a cutting-edge initiative focused on building AI-driven solutions from scratch for global enterprise clients in industries like retail, finance, healthcare, and media. You'll be part of an incubation team delivering advanced Generative AI and machine learning systems, using the latest technologies across cloud, big data, and microservice architectures. The work is dynamic and has a high business impact, involving real-time data processing, LLM orchestration, and scalable AI deployments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong engineering fundamentals and a passion for data science and modern AI techniques. You’ll collaborate with software engineers and other data scientists to develop production-ready AI pipelines.

YOU WILL

• Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems, from prototyping to production.
• Work on projects involving Generative AI, including LLMs, semantic search, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Develop microservices and APIs that integrate AI models with business applications.s
• Work with real-time streaming data using Kafka and related tools
• Contribute to building ML infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
• Explore and implement GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs)
• Support continuous improvement of model performance and system scalability

MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in Data Science/AI
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C#
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Working experience with Kafka and RESTful APIs in microservices-based architectures
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with modern development tools: Git, CI/CD, Jira
• Excellent English communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with streaming and big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
• Background in secure, low-latency system design
• Exposure to Agentic AI systems and orchestration logic
• Knowledge of AI DevOps tools or AI-specific workflows
• Prior involvement in incubation/startup-style projects or greenfield AI product development
