Product Owner/ Business Analyst – Mobile App (m/f/d)

Our client, an airline company is seeking an execution-focused Product Owner/ BA to lead the development of our mobile app. This role is ideal for a digital product leader who is passionate about user experience, and mobile technology. You will be working at the intersection of customer experience, design, technology, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable and intuitive features across iOS and Android.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis by collaborating with business stakeholders and transforming high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories.
• Triaging bugs and production issues, working closely with QA and development teams to identify root causes, prioritize fixes, and ensure fast resolution.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in mobile-first or travel-related products.
• Proven ability to own and ship B2C mobile experiences.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, platform guidelines (iOS/Android), and agile methodologies.
• Experience writing detailed JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, and working closely with dev/design/QA teams.
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, agile delivery processes, and backlog grooming.
• Hands-on experience with bug triaging, UAT coordination, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Familiarity with airline systems (e.g. PNR, check-in, SSRs, ancillaries, NDC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
