This role provides the opportunity to drive engineering strategy, oversee large-scale projects, and ensure the seamless integration of data systems powering advanced AI solutions.

Discover the Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals.
• System Development:
• Oversee the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to implementation and optimization.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Data Management:
• Design and optimize data warehouses for analytics and reporting.
• Monitor system performance and ensure scalability.
• Utilise NLP and RAG for Generative AI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience with management exposure.
• Experience with NLP, RAG, GenAI
• Experience with Computer Vision for image detection, and also speech recognition.
• Extensive experience in data engineering and cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Expertise in Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT frameworks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic speaking is a big plus, but not required.
