React - UI Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI engineering
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, npm/yarn, Babel)
• Experience consuming APIs and handling asynchronous operations
• Familiar with Git, code reviews, and agile development processes
• Strong attention to detail, UI/UX sensibility, and performance optimization techniques

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Java in backend environments
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
• Experience or interest in agentic tools or frameworks (AI agent orchestration, task automation)
• Healthcare or clinical software experience

Client Expectation :

- Solid grasp of React’s declarative programming style and component lifecycle

- Ability to write clean, functional JavaScript code (e.g., variable declarations, loops, conditionals) with minimal reliance on AI tools

- Comfortable with requirements analysis and translating them into practical solutions
