Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Tech Lead with expertise in both iOS and Android development to lead our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android), along with a proven track record of leading mobile projects. Experience in FinTech applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS and Android applications.
• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development (iOS & Android).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• iOS: Swift
• Android: Kotlin/Java
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams or projects.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize app performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
