Your new role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced VP/ Senior Director of AI and Computer Vision.

Strategic Leadership:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision, focus on AI, camera and computer vision.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Research and Development:

• Identify and explore new research avenues in computer vision and AI to solve complex business challenges.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate research findings into scalable solutions and prototypes.

Partnerships:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to enhance research capabilities.

What you need

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects, building visions and cameras for predictions.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Strong publication record in reputable conferences and journals.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments, particularly in large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Ability to work fluently in English (spoken and written).
