Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into functional/non-functional user stories
• Analyse the feasibility and impact of policy and product changes
• Design and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Document requirements, test plans, and test cases with clarity and precision
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers to resolve bugs
• Support UAT sessions and ensure quality delivery aligned with government security standards

Requirements:

• Salesforce experience is essential; knowledge of APEX, AWS, or DevOps is a plus
• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner (required)
• Bonus if certified in Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Admin
• Familiar with tools for prototyping (e.g., wireframes/mockups) and user journey design
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master / Product Owner in Agile projects
• 2+ years in software testing (manual & automated)
• A keen eye for detail, strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with government projects or secure system environments (a plus)
