Agile Coach

We are seeking a Sr Agile Coach Consultant at – Portsmouth, New Hampshire (Hybrid)

Job Type – Full Time

Experience Needed 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices across frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Provide hands-on support to teams and individuals to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.

Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to various roles and experience levels.

Promote a shared understanding of Agile concepts across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
