YOUR MISSION:

• Supporting PUMA stores with data transfer and controlling PUMA inventory balances;
• RealTime issue resolution to support store operational processes regarding inventory and system discrepancies;
• Real-time issue resolution with the 3PL partner to support shipments;
• Controlling the movement of consumables and summarizing their balances on a monthly basis;
• Searching for discrepancies between accounting systems and their causes, for the future elimination of similar situations;
• Checking returns in SAP and WMC 3PL systems;
• Weekly and monthly reporting on the movement of goods;
• Working with data in Excel, SAP system;
• Control of document flow (invoices, expense invoices, movement between stores, returns from customers).
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Education in logistics, math, procurement, etc.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Proficient Excel user, experience with SAP and WMS 3PL is desirable;
• English - Intermediate level;
• Analytical, coordination and communication skills, meticulousness, structuredness, concentration on details, analytical thinking, stress resistance, decision-making skills.
