We’re looking for a motivated and innovative AI Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our expanding AI team. This role is perfect for those eager to apply AI and machine learning techniques to build impactful, scalable solutions that drive real business value. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and product owners to bring intelligent capabilities into our products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models tailored to solve practical, complex challenges across various business domains.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver AI-enhanced features.

Utilize popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to build models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and more.

Design and optimize deep learning architectures, leveraging large and diverse datasets for maximum performance.

Build automated model training, validation, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability in production environments.

Continuously monitor model outputs, analyze performance metrics, and fine-tune algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Keep abreast of emerging AI trends and research, experimenting with new tools and techniques to enhance current workflows.

Collaborate on cloud-based AI infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and scale models.

Write clear, maintainable code with proper documentation and adhere to software engineering best practices.

Who You Are
A Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.

1–3 years of practical experience developing machine learning or AI solutions in a professional setting.

Skilled in Python programming with hands-on experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.

Solid grasp of core concepts in algorithms, data structures, and statistics as they apply to AI and ML.

Exposure to specialized domains such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is highly desirable.

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and robust model evaluation methodologies.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle including version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with cloud ML platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
