Senior iOS Developer – Video Streaming (Apple Player SDK)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join our Apple Player SDK Team, focused on delivering high-quality video playback across iOS and tvOS platforms. You’ll work on critical streaming features used by millions, including our flagship service Max, and help drive performance, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Apple Player SDK for iOS and tvOS.
• Optimize video playback performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot video streaming, buffering, and DRM issues.
• Ensure code quality with testing and reviews.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of iOS/tvOS development (Swift, UIKit).
• Experience with AVFoundation, HLS, and performance tuning.
• Strong grasp of MVVM, MVP, SOLID, and debugging tools.
• Experience in video streaming or media playback apps.
• Bonus: DRM (FairPlay, Widevine), SwiftUI, CI/CD pipelines.
