In this role you will:

• The overall mission of the Service Owner is to be ‘accountable’ for one or more IT’S Service. She/he represents the Serviceto the Business [Customer] and manages the expectation and perception of the customers and consumers to ensure value fulfillment;
• Define, deliver and maintain Service lifecycle;
• Identify, communicate and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities
