Frontend Developer

Frontend Developer | React | $130,000 + Super

We are working with a leader in the Software Solutions space, and they are looking for a Frontend Dev to come in due to growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Front-End Features
• Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript).
• Optimize Application Performance
• Ensure high performance of applications by optimizing rendering, reducing bundle sizes, and using React best practices like memoization and lazy loading.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional applications.
• Write Clean, Reusable, and Testable Code
• Follow coding standards and use tools like ESLint, Prettier, and Jest or React Testing Library for testing and code quality assurance.
• Stay Updated and Implement Best Practices
• Continuously learn and apply the latest React features (e.g., Hooks, Context API) and contribute to improving development processes and architecture.

The Candidate:

• 4+ years with React
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals, including components, hooks, lifecycle methods, and JSX.
• Experience with State Management Libraries
• Hands-on experience using tools like Redux, Context API, or Zustand for managing application state.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Front-End Integration
• Ability to connect front-end applications to backend services using fetch, Axios, or other API clients.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design
• Capable of building cross-browser compatible and mobile-responsive UIs using modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, etc.).
• Version Control and Development Workflow Tools
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.

Location: Hybrid - Melbourne

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super
