As a Business Data Analyst within the Business Transformation team at Vaillant Group Belgium, you position yourself as an expert in data analysis and reporting. You extract and analyze data to support the business in achieving their goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer journeys: Setting up SQL queries in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build customer journeys.
• Reporting: Creating reports that operationally support the business and enable process optimizations based on your recommendations.
• Problem-solving: Intuitively searching for possible causes of weak links, identifying them, and communicating to the business and involved parties.
  
  

What makes us successful together

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or IT.
• Technical knowledge and skills: You are proficient in a technology for data manipulation/visualization, such as Power BI, Tableau, or CRMA+. You are also familiar with SQL and Excel (data utilization, schematization, pivot tables, macros...). You understand flow analysis and process modeling.
• Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Communication skills: You are strong in both oral and written communication to clearly convey findings to the business and other stakeholders. Additionally, you listen to your stakeholders to gain an accurate understanding of customer needs.
• You are curious and eager to learn.
• You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
