Job Description


Linked to the general management and in direct collaboration with the Group’s entities, the CEO office team participates in the development of the Group strategy and its execution by implementing concrete internal actions and projects, reported to the different Group governance instances (e.g. Steering Committee, Executive Committee).

As a Group Strategy Analyst you will be involved in the deployment of Devoteam’s Strategic Plan for the next 4 years.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Support Devoteam’s general management in internal governance planning related to the Group’s Strategic Plan
• Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to identify opportunities for new offers to be launched
• Gather and model data to provide solutions to key business decisions (e.g. identifying new growth opportunities, building new partnerships)
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) in all countries to ensure alignment over existing and new business development initiatives
• Animate workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate general management reflection on new strategic initiatives
  
  
  

 

On a daily basis, you will be in contact with Country Managers and Business Unit directors located in 20 countries.

 


Qualifications

• MSc in Business, Economics, Statistics or Engineering
• Good business acumen and experience serving multiple stakeholders
• Quantitative and modelling skills, data analysis and forecasting
• Experience in change management and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
• Proficient in the use of MS Office or G Suite
