Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and user-focused Product Owner (Junior & Manager level) to join our growing team. Whether you're early in your product career or bring years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to shape and drive product development across meaningful digital initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog based on customer and business requirements
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver value incrementally
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and execution through clear communication and goal-setting
- Collect and analyze feedback from users, market trends, and team input to inform future iterations
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams
- (Manager level) Lead and mentor junior Product Owners; drive product vision and strategy
Qualifications (Junior & Manager Levels):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- For Junior: Internship or 1–2 years of experience in product, project, or business analysis roles
- For Manager: 4+ years of product ownership/management experience with a proven track record of shipping digital products
- Understanding of UX principles, stakeholder management, and prioritization techniques
