We are seeking a proactive and user-focused Product Owner (Junior & Manager level) to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog based on customer and business requirements
• Translate high-level concepts into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver value incrementally
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and execution through clear communication and goal-setting
• Collect and analyze feedback from users, market trends, and team input to inform future iterations
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams
• (Manager level) Lead and mentor junior Product Owners; drive product vision and strategy

Qualifications (Junior & Manager Levels):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• For Junior: Internship or 1–2 years of experience in product, project, or business analysis roles
• For Manager: 4+ years of product ownership/management experience with a proven track record of shipping digital products
• Understanding of UX principles, stakeholder management, and prioritization techniques
