Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager - Developer Platform, to join Delivery Hero's Developer Infrastructure team.

The Developer Platform team at Delivery Hero builds and maintains the internal platform that enables software teams to manage their applications efficiently from inception to deployment and beyond. The team focuses on providing self-service tools, automation, and best practices to streamline development workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• You will lead the strategic vision and roadmap of at least one product, collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvements in the platform, and prioritize them… You know the drill.
• You will utilize data analysis, user feedback, and market research to make data-driven product decisions. Defining the right KPIs, figuring out how to measure them, and using them to guide the efforts of your team is a big part of your job.
• You will engage in highly technical discussions about topics such as developer experience, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cluster-based architectures. You will make informed decisions related to these topics and provide valuable insights to your team.
• You will drive cross-functional, cross-team collaboration. You will manage conflicting priorities, and disentangle chains of dependencies across a large organization.
• You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep stakeholders informed about your plans, decisions, and product updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years' experience in software product management.
• You understand modern software development practices, including DevOps principles, platform engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
• You care about developer experience.
• You have a good understanding of business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using OKRs.
• You are good at managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in order to get others on board with your ideas.
