Role: Senior AI Engineer - GenAI & MLOps

Salary: up to €110.000

Remote working policy: Hybrid (1–2 days/week in Berlin office) (6 weeks abroad anually)

Join a Berlin-based product team building intelligent tools for the health sector. This is an AI 1st company. You’ll work on features that improve decision-making, save time & directly support health teams across Europe.

Expect to ship LLM-driven products into production quickly, working across the full lifecycle from data ingestion to inference, observability, and optimisation. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and domain experts to turn hard problems into practical solutions.

Tech Stack:

Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Weights & Biases

Data: Postgres, Redis, Pinecone

What You’ll Do:

• Build production-grade GenAI features using RAG pipelines and LLMs
• Design backend systems and APIs to support dynamic user-facing AI workflows
• Own MLOps pipelines from training to monitoring and deployment
• Optimise performance and cost across real-time inference services
• Work cross-functionally to ensure reliability, clarity, and speed in every release

• You’ve worked in a product-led startup or scale-up, not just in research or consulting.
• You’re confident taking features from idea to deployment in production environments.
• You understand the balance between speed and reliability—and you build with both in mind.
• You’ve built (or helped build) AI features that are used by real users, not just prototypes.
• You enjoy collaborating in small, cross-functional teams where ownership is shared and impact is clear.
