For our location in Niederndorf/Tyrol (near Kufstein) we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team with immediate effect:

Data Scientist (all genders)

Your Tasks

Development and implementation of a company-wide data strategy to support business objectives
Identification of data-driven optimization opportunities and translation of business requirements into technical solutions
Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements (e.g. GDPR) and implementing data quality standards
Analyzing large data sets to develop KPIs, dashboards and data-based recommendations for action
Selection, implementation and management of data management tools and evaluation of new technologies such as AI and big data
Promoting a data-driven corporate culture and sensitizing employees to the handling of data
Supporting management in the introduction and implementation of data-driven strategies

Your Profile

Degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
In-depth understanding of data analysis, big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence
Knowledge of data protection laws and data ethics
Experience in change management and the introduction of new processes
Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams from development, design and marketing
Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools, big data tools, database management systems (DBMS), data governance tools, machine learning platforms and business intelligence tools
Very good knowledge of German and English
