People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist will be ensuring the functionality of the People & Workplace Department including an employee related personnel service.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Employee Relationship Management
  2. Support with Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
  3. People Operations Administration and personnel files
  4. Support and preparation of HR related legal confirmations and letters
  5. Responsible for time registration and leave of absence management
  6. Health & Safety Management and HR related Quality Management
  7. Responsible for EU General Data Protection Regulation
  8. Administration of the HR System and creation of personnel related reports/factsheets
  9. Responsible for the Office Management in Munich, managing the office supply and coordinate board meetings
  10. Travel Management

Qualifications/Education:

  • BA in Business Administration, HR or related experience



Relevant experience:


  • 2 years of proven HR experience in a multicultural environment



Aptitude, skills, and abilities:


  • Developed analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
  • Fluent English and German in written and spoken (B2)
  • Ability to work on site at our Munich offices. The nature of the role requires the role holder to be on site.
  • HR system experience
