Security Control Assessor (SCA)/Cyber Security Analyst

📍 Location: Dublin | 🕒 Hybrid | Permanent

We're looking for a Security Control Assessor/Cyber Security Analyst to join our Information Security team as part of our second line of defence function. If you're confident engaging with SMEs, have strong technical skills, and enjoy driving governance through control testing, this could be the right next step.

🔍 What you’ll do:

✔ Execute security control testing in line with our Monitoring Plan

✔ Assess control design and effectiveness, and propose improvements

✔ Collaborate with control owners, risk coordinators, and senior managers

✔ Document findings and track remediation plans

✔ Work within our GRC system to plan and log engagements

✔ Contribute to IT risk management and InfoSec policies

🎯 What you’ll bring:

🔸 5+ years in Cybersecurity, including 2+ in control assessment

🔸 Strong knowledge of NIST CSF v2 and NIST 800-53 v5

🔸 Professional certs like CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC

🔸 Experience with GRC tools (RSA Archer is a plus)

🔸 Clear communicator with excellent organisational skills
