We are looking for a talented and self-driven Senior PHP Developer to join our CapitalBox team in Lithuania. You’ll play a key role in developing robust, scalable back-end solutions that power our lending operations, ensuring performance, reliability, and clean code across mission-critical systems.

Your Focus

• Develop, document, and maintain scalable backend solutions using PHP and related technologies
• Implement and integrate 3rd-party services and handle large-scale data parsing and transformations
• Ensure efficient system monitoring and proactively address performance and stability issues
• Participate in regular project and task reporting to align with business objectives
• Collaborate with key users, internal teams, and external partners to gather requirements and support development efforts
  
  

Must-have

Required skills & qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience with PHP development using OOP principles
• Solid knowledge of XML, SQL, JSON, and basic Linux shell commands
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP software architectural styles
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Experience with test-driven development and distributed version control systems (Git)
• Demonstrated ability to write structured, readable, and well-documented code
• A reliable, independent work ethic and ability to deliver on time

The expected salary for this position is €5,000 gross per month. The final offer will be determined based on your individual qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements.
