With a strong presence in the Netherlands and clients across Europe, they are known for their reliability and impact. The team is collaborative, tech-driven, and passionate about improving the energy market through software.

As Product Manager, you will define and drive the strategic product direction, from identifying new markets to shaping a future-proof roadmap. You will work closely with sales, design, and development teams to turn insights into real impact. This role also involves aligning and integrating products across three companies within the group, creating a unified product strategy. Ideal for someone with a consultancy or energy background who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a SaaS or scale-up environment
• Strong strategic and execution skills; able to drive complex initiatives forward
• Background in energy companies or consulting, with solid understanding of both business and IT in the energy sector
• Experience with international growth and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with B2B software and data-driven platforms
• Structured, energetic, and capable of aligning product strategies across multiple companies
• Confident in navigating a fast-changing industry
