Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing the revenue cycle at the group level, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting, while supporting budget planning, audits and internal control improvements.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue recognition, invoicing and month-end processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams for financial data accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and payment processes.
• Manage contracts and dunning processes for receivables.
• Ensure proper documentation and interaction with external accounting firms.
• Contribute to audits, internal controls and process improvements.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and presentations for management.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling.
• Knowledge of Romanian accounting standards.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
