Senior Software Engineer | Brisbane (hybrid) | $130,000 - $160,000+ Super | React, Computer Science, Java/.Net, Security Clearance needed

A great client of ours are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to be based in Brisbane on a hybrid basis. They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with Web & Client-based development experience.

Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design and manage software components in an Agile, Systems Engineering-focused environment.
• Spearhead key feature developments within a collaborative team, coordinating efforts across different locations.
• Provide guidance on component-level architecture and offer technical mentorship to help realize the product vision.
• Create documentation for design and functionality and take part in product presentations.
• Enhance system performance through analysis, reviews, and bug fixes.

Senior Software Engineer Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Software engineering/Computer Science degree, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Frontend development using React, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Good knowledge of Backend development with Java (preferred) &/or C# (.NET).
• Technical leadership and execution of Agile projects.
• Secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) NV1.
