Tasks

  • Review existing GenAI CA PoC productivity analysis and improve and develop future roadmap and delivery strategy.
  • Identify specific use cases and technical patterns where GenAI CA has the greatest impact.
  • Identify key challenges, obstacles and accelerators, best practices for the adoption of GenAI CAs
  • Contribute to the data science strategy for measuring the benefits of GenAI CAs with the GenAI CAs programme manager.
  • Understanding of SDLC / DEPL / DORA HSBC metrics. Collection, analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Work closely with HSBC data analysts and researchers to refine analytical models and methodologies.
  • Assist in defining the delivery strategy and phasing plan, clear objectives, scope and ECONOMY.
  • Work with the programme manager to:

ü Explain the actionable insights to senior stakeholders

ü From the insights, working with the delivery teams you will give key inputs to develop and implement sub-projects / actions that will improve the benefits that developers can achieve using GenAI

Requirements

  • Experience in developing knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, communities of interest, processes and content.
  • Proven ability to deliver globally in matrix-based organisations
  • Proven experience in data analytics, particularly in a software development context
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Deployment and DORA metrics and their relevance to developer productivity
  • Experience of translating data analysis into practical business or operational insights
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies, in particular coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot
  • Experience in data analysis and processing using Python/R/SQL/Jupyter notebook or similar toolkits.
  • In-depth understanding of data modelling
  • Knowledge of machine learning libraries, e.g. Scikit-learn/XGboost/Keras/Pytorc
