What We Expect From You?

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related analtytical disciplines,
• Advanced level of knowledge in using MS Office programs (especially Excel), SAS, SQL and similar raporting tools,
• Minimum upper intermediate level in both written and spoken English,
• Strong communication, organization, managerial and problem solving skills, having, an analytical mindset, effective in time management,
• Preferably experienced in analysis, reporting or data processess in banking or insurance companies
  
  

How Can You Make An Impact

• Establish and monitor budgets such as sales, awards, commissions, etc. on the basis of LoBs and channels and determining strategies and actions with relevant stakeholders for realization,
• Exposition and presenting benchmark analysis and market share tracking to the Sales Management
• Performance monitoring in LoB, product and customer segments
• Prepare the necessary presentations and reports for sales management and sales teams, with analyzes showing performance,
• Coordination of reporting systems with IT and related units to ensure more efficient usage.
• Ensure coordination with Channel Managements, Sales Teams, Institutions and relevant units in determining the incentive models of the relevant banks and financial institutions. Making cost-benefit analysis. Execution of reporting, budget control, payment etc processes,
• Determine incentive models, warning and promotion mechanisms for related Banks and Direct Sales Teams, making award-commission calculations and controlling budget realizations
• Data modeling, interpretation and performance tracking with systems such as CRM for our strategies.
