For our Client from Egersund, we are looking for an experienced Manual Test Engineer with basic automation skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with testers, developers, product managers, and project teams to deliver high-quality products, spanning mobile, desktop, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual tests and create structured test cases.
• Develop automated tests using frameworks designed by Senior Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, domain experts, and other stakeholders to identify test cases for automation.
• Work closely with the Global Test Manager & QA Architect to explore test automation strategies.
• Partner with developers and testers on a daily basis.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Software QA governance procedures while conducting both manual and automated testing.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for bug tracking and TestRail for test management.
• Engage with NAVTOR’s Test Automation Framework.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3+ years of experience in manual testing (preferred).

🔹 Experience with test automation.

🔹 Knowledge of frontend and backend testing (UI, API, database integration).

🔹 Familiarity with C# object-oriented programming in test automation.

🔹 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic Git usage.

🔹 Strong grasp of software testing fundamentals (Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Suites, Bug Tracking, etc.).

🔹 Ability to design effective manual and automated test cases.

🔹 Analytical approach to test reporting and result analysis.

🔹 Experience with Scrum methodologies.

🔹 ISTQB certification is a plus.

🔹 Fluency in English (written & spoken).

🔹 Experience in mobile application testing is an advantage.
