• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Reporting Specialist, with expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Ability to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes effectively.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data findings in ways that are easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
