AI/ML Engineer with ReactJS

Job Role: Staff AI/ML Engineer with experience in ReactJS

Location: Remote (Need Canada locals only)

Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr. CAD

Job Description:

We are looking for a Staff AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building AI agents and front-end development using ReactJS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing production-grade AI/ML solutions and building intelligent systems that automate workflows and drive business decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience architecting and building AI agents (e.g., LangChain, autonomous agents, prompt engineering)
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS (4+ years)
• Strong background in AI/ML with practical implementations using deep learning, NLP, and LLMs
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases
• Ability to translate complex AI/ML models into working front-end features using React and TypeScript
• End-to-end ML lifecycle management and MLOps expertise
• Cloud experience (AWS or GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Llama models
• Experience integrating ML models into customer-facing web apps
• Prior work in incident management or enterprise IT solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI-powered agents and assistants to automate complex workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop full-stack solutions, integrating ML models into React-based UIs
• Design and implement context-aware systems using RAG, LLMs, and NLP techniques
• Lead AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring scalability and performance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI/ML best practices
