Responsibilities

About the Role

• Seeking a Testing Lead for a multi-year and multi-phase payments project involving a payment engine, with a focus on business, functional, non-functional, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• The role is heavily communication and coordination-driven and requires strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• The role also needs to provide hands on testing support and provide close collaboration with all testing teams.
  
  

Show Us What You’ve Got

• 3–7 years of relevant QA/test leadership/PM experience
• Proven ability to lead functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, compliance)
• Hands-on experience supporting QA team and running end-to-end testing across multiple teams.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Capital markets, ISO compliance, currency systems, and payments domain
• Experience managing test planning, execution, and defect escalation etc.
