TRS Project Manager

• Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Drive service quality and continuous improvement across all operational activities.
• Manage project execution, crew and asset utilization, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead regular service quality reviews.
• Oversee financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and asset management.
• Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring clarity of job scope and adherence to procedures.

• Strong knowledge of project finance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Deep understanding of TRS operations and technical planning.
• Proven leadership in high-pressure environments with strong client focus.
• Familiarity with strategic planning, compliance, and HSE practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
