Go Developer

We are seeking a Developer skilled in Go language to contribute to our sustainability platform project.

This platform supports clients in tracking and enhancing sustainability metrics across various roles and departments. You will engage in backend development and work with containerization and orchestration technologies to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Go and Python to support the sustainability platform
• Implement containerized applications using Docker for consistent deployment environments
• Manage deployment, scaling, and orchestration of services with Kubernetes
• Automate routine tasks and workflows through scripting languages such as Bash
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best development practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with frontend and other services
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the software stack to ensure system reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement by learning and adopting new technologies as needed
• Support maintenance and enhancement of existing codebases including those in .NET and Java
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience of 2+ years in backend development with Go or Python
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker
• Background in managing services with Kubernetes
• Skills in scripting languages such as Bash or Shell for automation
• Ability to write clear and efficient code following best practices
• Experience in debugging and problem-solving in complex software environments
• English language proficiency at intermediate level

• Familiarity with .NET and Java codebases
• Capability to adapt quickly to new programming languages and tools
• Experience with cloud-native application deployment
• Understanding of sustainability-related software solutions
