Senior Fullstack Engineer, Pune

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer who not only writes solid, production-grade code, but also thrives on solving real-world problems at scale. You are excited about building modern, scalable web applications that serve thousands of users and power AI-driven insights.

You’ll act as a technical leader within your squad—guiding design decisions, promoting high engineering standards, and contributing directly to the development of performant and user-friendly data-intensive applications. You’re not tied to one specific language or tool, but instead bring a polyglot mindset and a deep eagerness to learn, coach, and grow alongside your peers.

Our platform sits at the intersection of UI/UX, complex analytics, and AI/ML infrastructure—and you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our user interfaces, APIs, and services meet the highest standards of performance, maintainability, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of full-stack applications within a microservices architecture that power predictive insights and forecasts
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, BigQuery) to support fast, data-heavy UI interactions with large datasets
• Build performant, scalable, and elegant user interfaces using React or similar frontend frameworks
• Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs that power web applications and connect to backend data services
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business problems into robust technical solutions
• Review designs and code to ensure performance, security, and maintainability across the stack
• Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, testing, and agile delivery—ensuring the team delivers features that scale both technically and in value
• Guide and mentor other engineers by sharing knowledge, pair programming, and leading by example
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building software applications, with significant experience across both frontend and backend systems
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep experience building modern, responsive UIs using React
• Expertise in designing and building high-performance APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages
• Proven ability to write performant SQL queries, especially when working with large datasets (PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and the ability to deploy and operate services on GCP (or similar cloud providers)
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and agile development methodologies
• A collaborative mindset, and a desire to lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and influence across teams
• Passion for problem-solving, debugging, performance tuning, and continuously improving engineering quality and team velocity
  
  

Good to have

• Worked with large-scale platforms or SaaS products with significant user traffic or data throughput
• Exposure to event-driven architectures
• Experience building internal tools or platforms used by data scientists and ML engineers
• Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tooling, or integrating AI/ML outputs into frontend applications
