Your new role

Looking for a temporary network engineer to support major project mid-flight to help replace existing network infrastructure with Aruba. Supported by project team and 3rd party provider, this role acts in a support capacity to represent Council on-site at different locations during project roll out.

Dates:

11th Nov – 27th Dec

Rates : $54.42 + super

What you need to succeed

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

• Experience with incident management, change management, problem management.
• Cisco and MS Azure Certifications is highly desirable
• Knowledge and experience of the following technologies would be an advantage
• Infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems (eg. SolarWinds Orion)
• Microsoft Intune and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• WAN / LAN / Wireless services (Cisco Enterprise and Meraki network management)
• Web Application Firewalls / Application Delivery / Load Balancers (Azure, Citrix NetScaler)
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops)
• Extensive operational security and SIEM knowledge with a wide range of experience of security technologies, methods and tools such as Rapid7, TrendMicro, Cloud Security methods (SWG\CASB) and risk management tools.
• Mitel IP Telephony, Microsoft Teams Calling
