About The Opportunity

The opportunity is to work in one of the Reply Group companies, in a global project with Reply.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and Agile values to deliver high-quality products to our clients.

Requisitos

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development teams;

Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile practices and performance metric tracking (e.g., DORA, velocity, cycle time)

Strong communication and leadership skills to ensure the team is aligned with project goals and deliverables;

Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana, among others;
