The Role:
As a Backend Developer (Golang), you’ll play a key part in designing and developing robust backend systems that power enterprise-grade NAS solutions. You’ll work with a cross-functional team that values collaboration, quality, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support enterprise NAS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver scalable and reliable storage solutions.
• Develop and maintain tools and backend applications using Golang.
• Ensure APIs are intuitive, well-documented, and integrate cleanly with front-end and storage components.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues and deliver practical, high-performance solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices across the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in backend and storage architecture.
• Support junior engineers through mentoring and guidance.
• Contribute to agile development processes and continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Need
• 4+ years in a similar role within networking and wireless communications
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang, particularly in backend or systems-level development.
• Solid understanding of file systems, storage protocols, and enterprise NAS technologies.
• Experience with storage concepts such as RAID, SSDs, SANs, and data management.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously when needed.
• Passion for clean, scalable, maintainable code and pride in what you deliver.
