We are looking for a Solution Designer with strong analytical and technical capabilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of system design, architecture principles, and enterprise integration patterns. This role requires close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet functional needs while aligning with overall IT strategy. A background in the banking or telecommunications sectors is highly valuable, along with strong communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and solution specifications.
• Design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to ensure the feasibility and clarity of the proposed solutions.
• Develop system models, data flows, and interface definitions to support implementation teams.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across all designed components and systems.
• Participate in technical workshops, requirements reviews, and design sessions with internal and client stakeholders.
• Provide input on project timelines, technical risks, and solution complexity during planning phases.
• Support development and QA teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to the original design and resolving any design-related issues.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, clear, and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Continuously assess and improve solution design methodologies and best practices in line with evolving technologies and client needs.

• Frameworks & Libraries: Spring Framework (SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data), React, Angular, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Kafka, JavaServer Pages (JSP)
• Web Technologies: RESTful APIs, Microservices, SOAP, JSON, XML
• Database Technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, Redis
• Tools & Platforms: Git, Github, Gitlab, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
• Development Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, CI/CD
• Languages: English
