Your Tasks

• Drive the adoption and development of AI solutions across the company by leveraging existing Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot) and identifying new opportunities
• Analyze, prioritize, and implement AI-driven use cases from various departments to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Conceptualize, design, and support the development of tailored AI applications and proof-of-concepts
• Actively build and nurture an internal AI community to foster knowledge sharing, upskilling, and a company-wide AI-first mindset
• Manage AI innovation projects from ideation through to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for Artificial Intelligence and a strong understanding of current AI trends and tools
• Proven project management skills combined with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Services, Copilot) and ideally, software development or scripting skills (e.g., Python)
• Proactive, curious, and results-oriented personality with very good English skills; German is a significant plus

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from

€ 53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.
