Your Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. You will be an individual contributor who takes ownership and manages the lifecycle of the key third-party legal (data protection and information security) application used across several Business Units. You will collaborate with our functional unit stakeholders and skilled IT teams. Your responsibilities will include vendor communication, creating documentation, validating further improvements of the system, rolling out to the new regions and Business Units, overseeing monitoring and reporting systems, setting up support structures, and troubleshooting solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of data protection/information security processes and be able to advise other teams.
  • Contribute to product vision, develop product plans and roadmaps, and align the activities with interested parties.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of systems in responsibility - maintain the product backlog, managing requirements and tasks.
  • Perform requirements engineering and ensure that business processes are met within the product.
  • Support the delivery of all new features and integrations.
  • Make sure solutions are compliant with internal policies.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the IT or logistics industry
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of IT and business professionals, and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, senior IT management, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with data protection and information security regulations would be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
