Your mission

Seroton is a fast-growing HealthTech startup redefining mental recovery and we are looking for someone to lead our software engineering team.

We merge the power of meditation and massage into an immersive, full-body experience—making relaxation effortless and effective. App-powered and device-enabled, our smart technology is seamlessly integrated into everyday furniture. The Seroton App acts as the intelligent bridge between hardware and software, delivering personalized experiences and serving as the personal companion for our users.

And your part?

• Lead our Mobile Engineering team (Android & iOS) and build a culture of ownership, collaboration and learning.
• Be hands-on – ship code, review PRs and guide architecture decisions - while enabling others to do their best work.
• Raise the bar for our mobile products by leading technical discussions & decisions as well as development processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Co-Founders to align the technology with product strategy and business goals.
• Partner with Product & Design to shape the product’s direction and technical execution.
• Mentor and guide engineers to reach their full potential.
  
  

Your profile

• Deep experience with native mobile development (Android or iOS; proficiency in both is a plus).
• A proven track-record as a Software Engineer delivering high-quality mobile applications.
• Initial experience in technical leadership in a high-performing product team (preferably startup or growth environment).
• Comfortable working across the stack—especially with backend systems and APIs.
• A proactive, product-centered mindset caring about the user experience and how engineering impacts the user.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset to thrive in early-stage environments.
