We are seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join our dynamic team, focused on developing and optimizing mobile games. You will play a crucial role in creating, improving, and maintaining our mobile games by collaborating with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize mobile games using Unity, ensuring high performance across various mobile platforms.
• Contribute to the game design process by providing technical insights and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other developers to implement game features and mechanics.
• Stay updated on the latest Unity and mobile development trends to incorporate new technologies and improve existing processes.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation for projects and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues.
  
  

The Experience We Hope You Bring To JustPlay

• 5+ years of experience in Unity development for mobile games (iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of C# and experience with the Unity framework.
• Familiarity with mobile game optimization and performance tuning for various devices.
• Experience with hybrid monetisation (ad monetisation and in-app purchases).
• Hands-on experience with SDK integrations is a strong plus — e.g., Firebase SDK, Max Applovin, IronSource.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar.
• A passion for mobile gaming and understanding of what makes a mobile game fun and engaging.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Optional but highly valued: Experience in the hypercasual genre.
