As a Kubernetes Cloud Technical Expert, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our core customer platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Collaborate: Guide cross-functional teams in designing and maintaining robust DevOps frameworks, supporting continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Infrastructure Automation: Oversee the automation of infrastructure and application deployments using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• System Reliability: Ensure the stability and reliability of production and staging environments, introducing process improvements and automation where possible.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external partners to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Cloud Expertise: Apply your knowledge of cloud architectures and deployment models to enhance our platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement new tools and technologies to streamline operations and boost productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a SRE / DevOps engineer working with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Atlassian suite.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
