Senior Product Manager - New Fintech

Stelfox is exclusively partnering with a New Fintech provider, who are establishing a presence in Dublin over the coming months.

As part of this new setup, we will be looking to hire a number of experienced Product Management professionals to help lead the development & delivery of the product strategy / product roadmap when expanding core digital services & tools utilising by B2B2C consumers across banking & Payment, Investments & Insurance stream for international markets.

Some of the responsibility will include:

• Define product strategy for the next phase of growth for key segments, including building a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, and how we’ll continue to differentiate ourselves and grow
• Deliver highly innovative online customer experience by working in partnership with various departments of the business including Design, UX and Software Engineering.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and help them understand how technology can better achieve their goals
• Collaborate with senior management, software engineering and marketing on product development during the discovery phase of the product development lifecycle
• Be the voice of your customers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Product Positioning & input into marketing strategies when deploying/rolling out a new feature / service into either a new or existing customer market.
• Understand the necessary market research and competitive analysis required when defining a product strategy with more then one market in mind.
• Strong awareness of how SaaS / Software licensing models work in respect to Product development & rollout, when considering new markets.
• Experience integrating or creating strategic partnership with external marketplace players is useful.
• Work closely with the software engineering team to turn requirements into wireframes, specifications and user stories.
• Conduct analysis and studies on value, usability and feasibility
• Develop success metrics and continued analysis of performance and reports post-launch
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, showing clear communication of product vision and roadmap to multiple business and technology stakeholders
• Lead the planning process and associated roadmap prioritisation ensuring alignment within the team and with wider business goals and objectives
• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team
• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, research, data science, compliance and many others to refine your plan and execute against it effectively

If you have 5+ years experience working in Product Management, leading the product roadmap for a software vendor or Fintech across some of the following streams, then we are interested to hear from you -

Open API Banking, Banking-as-a-Service, Capital Markets, Payments Infrastructure, FX Trading, Credit Lending platforms or other cores services developed and offered to B2B financial institutions across geo-markets.
