About The Role
As a HR Partner, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to team of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives.
You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with the HR Lead for the region.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in client offices across Dublin. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with the HR Lead for the region.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the UK & Ireland HR Leader at both an operational and strategic level in a fast-moving dynamic environment
- Act as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the UK
- Support employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus and merit increases and others as necessary.
- Build effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities
- Advise managers and leaders on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Demonstrable experience of HR business partnering within a matrix organisation on wide range of HR topics, providing expert advice to managers and employees preferably in a business process consultancy environment
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, UK employment law knowledge desirable
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Relevant work experience essential
- Degree in HR or related discipline preferable
