Frazer Jones services have been selected by a global aviation company to secure talent for a part time HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract based in Lucan, Dublin.
Reporting to the HR Lead for Ireland, the HR Coordinator will have excellent HR compliance knowledge and HR administration skills.
The role requires the individual to be available to work for 25 hours per week, this organization operate a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Producing monthly benefit/compensation reports.
- Administration of employee data into HRIS system.
- Ensuring all details for invoicing related to HR are checked and entered into the system correctly.
- Preparing payroll paperwork.
- Benefits and pension admin.
- Preparation of all employment contracts and other related HR documentation.
- Monitoring and inputting absence data.
- Review and inputting of new starter information.
- Background checks administration.
To be considered:
- CIPD qualification - desirable.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborative work style.
Salary level - up to €45K (pro-rata) + attractive benefits package including full healthcare & pension.
