Solution Architect

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing team. The successful candidate will own the definition, architecture and designing of solutions for our clients. This is a permanent role based in Dublin, Ireland.

Key responsibilities of the role

• Own the definition, architecture and designing of solutions for our customers.
• Run client discovery workshops, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers towards solutions that have the greatest likelihood of long-term success.
• Define and drive technical vison and strategy and provide thought leadership.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Scrum master to ensure that the outcomes delivered meet the business benefits and adhere to agreed standards, policies, and design patterns.
• Work in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
• Lead the creation of detailed proposals, including solution design, cost estimates, and implementation plans, to support the sales process.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate the value and benefits of proposed solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework and programming such as C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core
• Experience in development of API Management.
• Experience in working with Azure cloud services, PaaS, Batch Services, Microservices Architecture, Serverless
• Understanding and work experience with Docker and Kubernetes Solution in Azure
• Database Design & Database query skills.( Relational or non-relational Database)
• Demonstrated knowledge of data integration and application migrations to Cloud
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• Azure solutions architect Expert of other relevant certifications.
• Experience of CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) or Jenkins etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-expert, business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Dynamics CRM (On-prem & D365), Power Platform/Dataverse and Power Automate. Including configuration and customization, plugins, custom workflow assembly, forms programming (scripting), custom page integration.
• Experience in developing applications for CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
