In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our development process-leading the creation of sleek, scalable applications using Flutter, working closely with product owners, integrating cutting-edge AWS services, and mentoring a talented team. What you’ll Do
- Lead the development of cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter
- Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into functional user interfaces
- Integrate RESTful APIs and AWS services into our applications
- Own the front-end architecture and ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Guide and mentor team members (internal or external), ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement
- Provide input on product design and user experience (UX/UI)
- Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
- Proven track record in building apps for both iOS and Android
- Solid experience with web development, including responsive design
- Familiarity with AWS services, RESTful APIs, and JSON
- Proficient in Git and modern version control workflows
- Comfortable working in Scrum/agile environments
- Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for guiding a small team
- Bonus: experience or affinity with product design/UX
